  • Is our office space just a more exclusive coffee shop?

    We offer much more than coffee: private meeting rooms, personal offices, executive education and events, and business amenities designed to enhance productivity. And not to worry, you won’t experience a caffeine shortage here. We offer coffee and hot tea to help you stay fueled and focused throughout the work day.

  • Is this a professional solution for my business?

    Absolutely. We offer a forward-thinking office space solution that allows businesses to scale safely and smartly.     Archstone Workspace is casual and inviting while maintaining a professional atmosphere that impresses clients, invites teamwork and drives your next great idea. It is designed for introverts and extroverts alike. We have casual lounge furniture, open tables and meeting rooms ideal for networking and brainstorming with like-minded professionals, while private desks and individual work stations are perfect for head-down, laptop-intensive work days.

  • My company is moving, renovating or has grown out of its current space. Can Archstone Workspace help us?

    Yes, we’re happy to help companies and teams that are transitioning or are in need of temporary space. Please contact us for more information.

  • What is the commitment involved with an office membership?

    We strive to offer maximum flexibility for our members as we understand the risk associated with running a small business. We offer reasonable prices and a month-to-month commitment. No stress or hassle.

  • How do your Membership Agreements work?

    Our agreements range from hourly meeting room to monthly Memberships. We know that month-to-month agreements can help you grow your startup or small business at the rate most comfortable to you. Need some space while you move offices? Want to visit with us while your space is being renovated? We can help with that, too.

  • Can I use the space if I’m not a member?

    Yes. We provide a daily options for guests that allows all-day access to our innovative work environments and business class WiFi.

  • Can guests visit me at my private office?

    Absolutely!

  • What are the terms of your Dedicated Desk & Private Office Membership Agreements?

    All agreements begin on the 1st of the month.  Our 30-day notice policy requires move-out on the last day of the month, allowing the new member to move in on the 1st of the following month.

  • Do I have to sign a lease agreement?

    No.  Archstone Workspace is membership-based only, so no leases are required.  Members are required to sign a Membership Agreement based on the type of solution they select.

  • Is this cost-efficient?

    Rather than paying an applied rate for a traditional private office space with a long-term lease, which may not be used in its entirety, choosing Archstone Workspace means that you pay for what you need, when you need it. 

  • What are your standard hours of operation?

    We are open from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. 24/7 access is coming.

  • Are there networking and community opportunities?

    Archstone Workspace presents the perfect opportunity to connect with people you may not otherwise meet. Casual introductions and regular meetings here can facilitate a longer-term relationship and further business opportunities with potential clients and business partners. We offer executive education, networking events, social occasions and local community give-back options.
